The role
You will design and run fulfillment across the portfolio and build the operational backbone that scales with new verticals and markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage fulfillment operations across platforms and markets.
- Select, onboard and manage third party logistics and fulfillment partners against agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate inventory, warehousing and shipping, including cross border movement.
- Own carrier relationships and shipping strategy across speed, cost and reliability.
- Build the processes and dashboards for fulfillment performance visibility.
- Coordinate returns with partner brands, who remain responsible for their own returns and complaints.
Requirements
- Four or more years in ecommerce logistics, fulfillment or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing 3PL partners and warehousing at scale.
- Command of shipping, carrier management and cross border logistics, including customs basics.
- Comfort with operational data and reporting.
- A process mindset and the ability to operate independently.
- Fluent English. German is a plus.
Nice to have
- Warehouse management systems and fulfillment tooling.
- Marketplace or multi brand fulfillment models.
- International ecommerce experience.
