032 Ventures is a brand builder anchored in Germany. We design, launch and operate a portfolio of curated D2C marketplaces across several consumer verticals, with further verticals in build. We provide the commercial and technical infrastructure that connects brands with customers. We set a high bar.
The role
You will own brand partnerships across the portfolio. You will recruit partner brands, manage the relationships and run the campaigns and creator partnerships that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard partner brands across our verticals.
- Own brand relationships from first contact to renewal.
- Sell and manage campaign slots, premium placements and directory features.
- Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships.
- Run growth marketing across channels and coordinate content and SEO.
- Track performance and reallocate spend based on results.
Requirements
- Open to full time, working student and internship candidates. Full time: three or more years in partnerships, business development, brand marketing or growth, ideally in D2C, ecommerce or creator commerce. Working students and interns: strong academic record and a first relevant internship.
- A track record of onboarding partners and growing accounts.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with analytics and CRM tools.
- Fluent English. German is a plus.

- An existing network of brands or creators in our verticals.
- Marketplace or platform experience.
