The role
You will own reporting and financial operations across the group and keep accounting, tax and compliance clean.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly management reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Support the financial close with our tax advisor, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Maintain budgets, forecasts and cash flow views.
- Oversee bookkeeping quality and documentation standards.
- Support tax and regulatory reporting obligations together with external advisors.
Requirements
- Open to full time, working student and internship candidates. Full time: two to four years in accounting, controlling, audit or financial operations. Working students and interns: strong academic record in a relevant field.
- Degree in finance, accounting, business or economics.
- Strong command of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel, applied to clean and auditable reports.
- Precision and the ability to close loops independently.
- Fluent English. German strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with DATEV or a comparable system.
- SQL for reporting from source systems.
- Exposure to ecommerce or multi entity structures.
