032 Ventures is a brand builder anchored in Germany. We design, launch and operate a portfolio of curated D2C marketplaces across several consumer verticals, with further verticals in build. We provide the commercial and technical infrastructure that connects brands with customers. We set a high bar.
The role
You will build and own the platform that runs the portfolio, from data model to interface, including payments, automation and the rendering architecture.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the marketplace platforms end to end.
- Lead the migration from client side rendering to server rendered or statically generated architecture for speed, SEO and crawler visibility.
- Integrate and extend payments through Stripe Connect, including onboarding, payouts and dispute flows.
- Work against our Supabase Postgres backend, including schema design, row level security and scheduled jobs.
- Build Shopify and third party connectors and keep catalog and order data in sync.
- Implement rule based CRM and lifecycle automation with strict consent handling.
- Maintain edge logic on Cloudflare Workers, including prerendering and crawler configuration.
Requirements
- Three or more years building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong TypeScript and deep React experience.
- Solid Node.js and a real understanding of server side and static rendering, ideally with Next.js.
- Comfort with Postgres, including schema design, query performance and row level security. Supabase is a plus.
- Experience integrating payment infrastructure, ideally Stripe Connect.
- Familiarity with edge and serverless deployment and CI/CD.
- Fluent English.

- SEO and technical crawlability experience.
- Cloudflare Workers and CDN configuration.
- Marketplace or multi tenant systems.
